The Consulting Manager is responsible for leading teams of service professionals toward profitable and sustained high-quality delivery of services to customers. A Consulting Manager is responsible for developing and managing the overall customer experience at selecting clients including delivering projects on time/on budget, expanding business opportunities and leading delivery teams. The Consulting Manager will help identify, develop, close and successfully manage client opportunities including management of deal structure and profitable delivery supervision. The Consulting Manager is responsible for ensuring that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction.
