Summary of Responsibilities: Do you enjoy building and analyzing reports, then asking questions based upon a data set? Do you take pride in pulling insights from data, observations, and conversations? If so, bring your positive energy to ATC! We are seeking a Safety & Human Performance Specialist to support to the safety and human performance (HP) programs. You will primarily work in PowerBI data visualization and analysis, and various human performance and safety program components to help make connections between the program work and how it is applied both in the field (e.g., construction and vegetation management) and in the office. Essential Responsibilities: ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace. You are able to choose to work at home, or our offices in Cottage Grove, De Pere or Pewaukee, WI, depending on your schedule for the day and the needs of the business. We need a curious person who demonstrates continuous learning of safety, human performance and the power industry; builds relationships with employees and contractors; and proactively engages with internal and external teams to understand what's going on around them to bring it back to the program managers and business leads to utilize in their decision making.Our field employees and contractors are working hard to keep the lights on, businesses running and communities strong and we are working hard to keep them safe.
