Position Summary: The Safety Coordinator is responsible for the training and maintaining all aspects of AAE safety programs. Primary Responsibilities: Partner with department supervisors to ensure appropriate safety training and OSHA compliance. Update, enforce, and develop as needed, appropriate safety and emergency policies and procedures. Maintain and monitor all safety programs and processes. On-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices Follow and update Federal, State, and local regulations and codes as they change Manage written training programs, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements, including the SDS system Maintain certification program. Required Skills: Ability to analyze safety data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions Ability to train personnel with OSHA and local safety regulations Excellent oral and written communication skills Basic Computer Skills Experience Requirements: A minimum of five years of experience in industrial safety is preferred.
