The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, extremely ethical, and able to serve as a subject matter expert in safety and compliance. The position demands high performance and results. Able to write policy, teach, train, and consult clients in the construction and general industry. Requirements: Develop safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Develop site-specific safety policies and procedures for various trades. Must be proficient in the use of prequalification platforms i.e. ISNetworld, Avetta, PEC, etc. Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns from clients. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in safety management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, or related field. Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Construction Health and Safety Technician) preferred. OSHA 500 Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety administration or a related field. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
