Job Title:RTP Support EngineerLocation:OH - ColumbusWhat you'll do:As the RTP Support Engineer, you will work closely with business partners, vendors, and colleagues to support payment solutions for Western Alliance Bank. In this position you will work to mature the tools and practices used by the Application Support team.What we are looking for: Duties & Responsibilities Support the bank's payment solutions including in house developed components and 3rd party systems. Manage releases for internal platforms. Lead and train team mates on current and upcoming technologies. Install, configure, administer, design, build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain simple to complex applications Support solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features, collaborating with developers, vendors, implementation team, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and managing deployment efforts Review current documentation for the applications and update as appropriate Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand any overlap of teams and applications Assist in training of new users, and growing the MuleSoft skills set across the whole organization Stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft feature releases and provide recommendations to drive greater efficienciesRequirements Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience is required. 3+ years of Mulesoft developer/support experience 6+ years of experience in IT Minimum 4 years' experience in application support, professional services, and/or QA Good analytical, communication, facilitation/organizational skills 3+ years' experience working with MS-SQL or other databases Good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle Good understanding of Change Management processes Good understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation MS Azure and other cloud experience preferred Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes Software Development and/or implementation experience preferred 1-2 years of experience writing functional and/or technical requirements for software implementationsBenefits you'll love:We offer all the important things you'd want - like competitive salaries, an ownership stake in the company, medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, an employee volunteer program, and a wellness program.
