If you are interested in the Roving Online PDI Systems Tester position you will: Key Areas of Responsibility Cover for online PDI Testers when there is an absence. Responsible for helping Online testing managers perform daily equipment checks for all testing equipment on each production line. Perform maintenance and maintain stock of all testing equipment. Maintain all flood stations and make necessary repairs when needed. Perform cleanouts during each summer and winter shutdown. Build and manage flood head supply. Making sure all Hi-potters and torque wrenches are up to date with yearly calibration. Maintaining calibration book. Assisting online testing managers with shortages and any catch up with the online testers. Cleanliness of the PDI Crib area. Need to be self-motivated and willing to dig in and learn. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED Know how to use a screw gun Read a tape measure The ability to use other hand tools Physical Demands Able to bend, lift and climb up and down stairs Must have the ability to keep up with the pace of the production line Must be able to lift 50lbs Able to work early hours Successful candidate must be organized, positive and friendly with a follow through mindset.
