AGRILAND FS, a financially strong and dependable cooperative serving customers in southern Iowa, eastern Nebraska, and northern Missouri, is looking for a self-starting, well organized, dependable individual who enjoys driving, but wants to be home every night. This individual will operate and maintain the internal route truck, delivering a variety of products. Individual will assist with the loading & unloading of freight and will assist with facility operations when not driving the delivery truck. Responsibilities: Operate & assist with loading a van truck or assigned delivering freight Operate a fork lift Complete and deliver all necessary paperwork Maintain, organize and clean equipment and facility assigned Assist with facility operational maintenance and inventory Provide excellent customer service Requirements: Have a class A CDL willing to obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements Must have a good driving record Ability to follow procedures and policies Have a passion for excellent customer service with a positive attitude Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Exceptional organizational skills Excellent work ethic and team work skills A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem solve Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Excellent work related references Position Offers: Excellent on the job training Excellent benefits including company funded pension plan, 401(k), health, vision and dental insurance Opportunity to gain additional responsibility and grow within the company Work with a positive goal driven team
