As a Roofing Solutions Specialist, you will provide top-notch customer service to clients while overseeing the job-site project from start to finish. You will be responsible for providing quality roofing solutions that meet all customer needs and expectations, in addition to establishing and maintaining reliable customer relationships. You should also have a strong understanding of roofing best practices and techniques. With a starting salary of $40,000 - $50,000+, this is an excellent opportunity for a career change or a step up into a more challenging role. Responsibilities:• Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.• Supervise employees/subcontractors while providing guidance and support to ensure efficient productivity of the project.• Collaborate with clients and sub-contractors to ensure successful completion of the project.• Maintain records of materials, labor, and other related costs for each project.• Monitor and review all work to ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications:• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations.• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.• Ability to back a trailer.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.• Relevant certifications in construction or safety (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, CPR/First Aid) are a plus.
