Job Duties: Advanced Roofing & Sheet Metal is looking for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to provide administrative oversight to ongoing projects and to maintain a positive communication with all clients. You will be actively involved with each project from beginning to end and will ensure every project meets ARSM's high standards for excellent communication/service and coordinating crews/material and installation. As a PM you will also be required to preparing job schedules / weekly reports and report on the status of each of your assigned jobs. As needed, you will visit with your site locations to resolve any issues and respond to any client questions that may arise. The ability to communicate with all superintendents and office personal. The ability to maintain schedules and time-sensitive deadlines. The ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor. Communicating with clients regarding project status, costs, and any changes that may be required during the project. Qualifications and Education: Candidates for this position must possess an above average ability to deliver on expected guidelines. Previous experience in roofing mandatory. Strong computer skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Detail-oriented an absolute requirement. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Ability to work in a multi-team environment. Valid driver's license.
