A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING ESTIMATOR As a Roofing Estimator, you are vital to the operations of our company. Your primary goal is to provide property owners with all the information needed for their specific roofing project. You meet with new and returning customers each day to provide them with information regarding roof inspection reports, leak detection, accessories, labor requirements, estimates for replacements, and any special project details. Always thorough, you discuss each option for the material, manufacturer, color, and more. While at the client's property, you take photos and measurements. You correspond with the insurance department, production department, and our front desk and promptly fill out any necessary paperwork for each job. As our team works on the project, you keep the property owner updated on the progress. You love working with our customers and take pride in providing the best possible service! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROOFING ESTIMATOR Basic computer proficiency Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position Can you communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing?
