Roofing Advisor Our Roofing Advisors are roofing professionals who use drone technology as well as ladders and visual inspections to diagnosis roof damage and advise homeowners on best next steps to repair or replace their roof. If a decision is made to submit a claim to the homeowners insurance provider, the Roofing Advisor will guide the homeowner through the insurance claim process until resolution. If insurance is not an option, the advisor will present retail purchase and finance options to the customer.
