We need an RN (Registered Nurse) who specializes in Wound Care to join our team at Doverwood Village in Hamilton , OH . $32 to $38 Per HourOn Call 1 Weekend Per Month You’ll Be Responsible For: Completing weekly head to toe skin assessments & document in the EHR Ensuring that appropriate treatments & interventions are in place for skin issues identified during the skin rounds Collaborating with the Clinician or Wound NP to obtain new orders or discontinue orders as needed Updating the ADON & DON of changes in resident condition Updating the ADON & DON of any a non-healing wounds Verifying & updating resident care plans & documentation for identified skin impairments Monitoring skin integrity practices & procedures to ensure that personnel are implementing the facility’s SIT program Demonstrating proper infection control practices Assisting with evaluating & implementing recommendations from the Quarterly QA meeting Ensuring that at-risk residents & those with known non-compliance behaviors are provided with appropriate interventions Participating in weekly SIT meetings.
