RN-Nurse Case Manager-Temporary Assignment Full Time 9a-5:30p Monday-Friday $95/hour Excellent clinical opportunity to work in a leading sub-acute / skilled nursing environment located in Queens, New York on a 6-month temporary assignment. Seeking qualified RN-Case Managers for key role on the interdisciplinary team of care-you will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, from admission to discharge, ensuring compliance and the delivery of quality patient care. Now Hiring for 4/18 or 5/2 orientation dates! Position Overview: Full Time-5 days per week- no weekends!! $95 per hour rate of pay Excellent temporary opportunity for an experienced RN-Case Manager Work in a clean, modern, state of the art facility Professional and experienced management team Free parking on site, accessible via public transportation and convenient to all major highways.
