RN Manager/Supervisor-Temporary Assignment Full Time 7am-3:15pm or 3pm-11:15pm $95/hour Excellent clinical leadership opportunity to work in a leading sub-acute / skilled nursing environment located in Queens, New York on a 6-month temporary assignment. Seeking qualified RN Unit Managers and RN Supervisors for key leadership roles-providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis. Now Hiring for 5/2 or 5/16 orientation dates! Position Overview: Full Time-5 days per week, including regular weekend rotations $95 per hour rate of pay Opportunity for permanent position during course of assignment $$ Bonus for completion of 6-month assignment Excellent temporary opportunity for a strong nurse leader Work in a clean, modern, state of the art facility Professional and experienced management team with strong CNA, LPN, RN and housekeeping teams in place Free parking on site, accessible via public transportation and convenient to all major highways. Full paid orientation provided What you'll bring: Current and valid NYS RN license and current BLS certification Prior experience working in a leadership role in a hospital, nursing home, rehabilitation or similar setting Available to start on May 2nd or May 16th Available to work full time for a 6-month assignment Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Team member - with a collaborative, team-based work environment, we are looking for individuals who embrace a high level of care, compassion and teamwork Leader-able to lead and motivate staff collaboratively to achieve desired goals Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Qualified candidates encouraged to apply immediately!
