Title: RN Manager Medical Surgical, MO Salary: $90K - $125K (based on experience). Sign-On Bonus: Case by case. Relocation Assistance: Case by case. Type: Full-time, No Weekends Reporting to: Director of Medical Surgical About the Facility: Our medical center is a 590+ bed facility offering a comprehensive range of medical and health clinic services. We provide women's services, an emergency room, a trauma center, a Stroke Center, a walk-in clinic, and orthopedics across multiple locations. Our specialty areas include a Chest Pain Center, Level I Trauma Center, Breast Care Center, Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Programs, and Primary Stroke Center. We are part of a network of 10 hospitals in the region. Role Responsibilities: Oversee nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and safety in assigned areas. Collaborate with physicians and other departments for patient care coordination. Manage resources responsibly and support the facility's mission and vision. Ensure quality care through performance improvement processes. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred). Active nursing license in the state or eligibility for licensure. Certifications in area of specialty, BCLS, and ACLS. 3 years of managerial experience and 2 years of staff nurse experience in the area of specialty (inpatient acute care units). Additional Information: Medical Surgical Unit: 49 Beds (split into two units); Intermediate Care level catering to general, urology, vascular post-surgical patients. Tele Monitoring and behavioral health care provided. Nurse to Patient Ratio is 1:5 with support from PCTs, LPNs, and Charge Nurses. Recognized as a Level I Trauma Center. 75 full-time direct reports.
