Position Overview: Position Name: RN Cardiac Neuro Tele Location: Sanford, FL Shifts Available: Day & Night shifts (Rotating Weekends) Job Summary: As an RN in our Cardiac Neuro Tele unit, you'll play a crucial role in patient care, from assessment to intervention and education. This 27-bed unit focuses on Med/Tele Neuro & Cardiac patients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction. π Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Perform assessments, nursing diagnoses, and develop care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery strategies. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care strategies.
