The Job You Wanted Is Here! AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking an RN After Hours (Home Care/Long Term Care) for our Greensboro service area . This position is Part-Time 8:00am-8:00pm Every Other Saturday & Sunday . ** Training must be completed during the work week between the hours of 8am-5pm/flexible on days** Job Summary: Assess and identify patient/caregiver problems, establish nursing patient/caregiver care goals, and identify and implement interventions for all agency programs. Will document outcomes of care. Work with physician to establish and implement medical plan of care for the patient. Work closely with other members of the interdisciplinary group and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with group members, patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacists, and other health care professionals and community service organizations. Establish and maintain therapeutic relationship with patient/caregiver to include providing emotional support and teaching. Education and Experience : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Must be currently licensed as an RN in North Carolina and in good standings with NCBON. One year of experience in an acute, hospice, home health setting, or long-term care setting plus. Other: Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation. Vaccination against COVID-19 is mandatory at our organization unless you are approved for an accommodation due to a religious objection or ADA covered medical condition. The organization will also review medical recommendations for a delay in vaccination or for other contraindications to vaccination.
