To backss care needs and develop, implement and evaluate nursing care plans without supervision. To undertake risk backssments and contribute to the reduction of vulnerable patients coming to harm. To provide clinical areas with mental health expertise. To support the department/ward-based nursing team in the development of mental health guidance. To work as one of the department/ward-based nursing team in backssing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care without direct supervision.
