Job Responsibilities Communicating effectively: Create an environment for open and clear communication Must be able to determine and communicate to others the key business objectives and project goals for any business request or project. Documenting requirements: involves recording the outcomes of enhancement discussions in clear and concise form. Facilitating and Implementing solutions. Based on analysis, identify best option for solving business challenges, collaborate with ATLAS administration team to build a solution. Understand and integrate worldwide best practices for sales process consistency, opportunity pipeline management, sales management inspection and oversight, and CRM system utilization aligned to our Roadmap to Revenue sales process for our salespeople and sales managers within the region. Includes facilitation of training and process documentation. Provide overall Sales Operations support within the Americas region in support of global sales effectiveness and sales excellence initiatives to drive organic revenue growth. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales & Marketing reporting and analysis including Forecast summaries, Sales performance and variances, Activity and metrics, Variable compensation, Marketing ROI, budgets etc. Assisting corporate Marketing with system support including lead data entry and reporting, performing Salesforce.com data/list uploading, downloading, and cleansing, assisting with reporting on Marketing metrics, assisting with coordination of logistics for events as needed, assisting with Marketing campaigns as needed. Conducting analysis and providing reports to management in support of day-to-day business. Provide first-level, regional CRM support for Salesforce.com ATLAS for our sales end-users and sales managers within the Americas region by handling day-to-day inquiries. Provide CRM training on Salesforce.com ATLAS within the Americas region as needed. Requirements & Qualifications Proficiency in English is required. Prior experience and internships are highly beneficial. The ability to travel occasionally within the North American region may also be necessary from time to time. Seeking five (5) years business experience.
