Top 50 company for Diversity and have multiple Sustainability awards (ranking #22 in the World and #1 in Food Products) • Wellbeing programs including Physical, Mental and Financial wellness • Tuition assistance Pricing Analytics Manager The Revenue Management Pricing (Analytics) Manager will be responsible for working with Marketing and Commercial Finance to set and track the impact of base price and base price changes through the application and development of business analytics tools for Price Optimization. RESPONSIBILITIES Price Optimization: Recurring work to influence strategic initiatives that result in NSV and profit optimization in an environment of fast changing costs Strategic pricing reviews and recommendations to offset cost inflation Evaluate portfolio price curves and recommend price slopes that maximize segment sales through price adjustments reflective of market elasticities and product interactions Price Pack Architecture: Project work focused on innovation and existing items to build price curves that maximize sales Market Share Growth: Influence key stakeholders via tools, insights and presentations to drive price actions that deliver market share growth based on evolving market conditions Identify white space, influence innovation, and establish new product pricing to fill price pocket voids that represent business growth opportunities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or related field Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience - Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management Minimum of 2 years of applied analytical experience – finance, trade finance, market research, revenue management Presentation skills – Manager needs to drive and enable change through compelling insights, supported by short, easy to understand data driven presentations Strong understanding and experience using syndicated data such as A.C.Nielsen or IRI/Circana PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong financial acumen Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams Data analytics experience Experience with innovation, from concept development to production to market delivery #LI-SM1 McCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
