Description:
Overview: Support revenue management department with maximizing the revenue and profit associated with guest rooms. Job Responsibilities: · Assist with entry of group blocks into rate and inventory systems, manage group pickup, and cutoff dates. · Prepare performance statistics for management to include pace reports, shop reports, indicator performance reports. Requires expertise in Excel. · Review and audit online presence of properties including brand.com and ota channels. · Complete weekly analysis of competitors to include recommendations for areas of improvement, promo matching, package ideas. · All other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements: · High School Diploma or GED Required. · Able to manage sensitive and confidential information. · Model dependability and work well under pressure. · Strong written and verbal communication skills required. · Detail Oriented. · Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required. · Must pass background check and drug test.
