This is a full-time position but we will consider part-time. 1-2 years of experience luxury retail experience required. Compensation: • $50,000 to $70,000 annually plus bonus opportunities - full time position Benefits for full-time position: • Vacation, personal, and sick days• Health insurance - company pays a partial contribution• Life insurance - 100% paid by company• 401K matching Responsibilities:• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry and luxury timepieces• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.• Stay informed about product knowledge and trends in the jewelry industry.• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
