You will be responsible for working with your store team to make people smile through problem solving. You'll be in an energetic store environment while you learn the necessary skills. A "yes we can help you with that" and smile can go a long way, and we believe our associates have the power to be the best moment in each customer's day. We know you can earn a paycheck anywhere, but not everywhere can you make a positive impact on someone's life using the knowledge, skills, and experience you'll gain while working at Batteries Plus. You'd make a great Batteries Plus associate if you: Consider yourself a "people person," and enjoy meeting others. Are handy and love to learn new skills and new information. (You will even get to learn to fix phones!) Have worked on cars or are mechanically inclined Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate. Understand how to create a great customer service experience. Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work. Are comfortable with responsibilities like cash-handling and store safety. Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. Can maintain a clean and organized workspace. Have excellent communications skills.
