Join our team to help us achieve our mission by inspecting and pricing donations to be made available for sale in the store. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that quality items are appropriately priced and displayed, ultimately contributing to the success of our organization and its mission. We are seeking energetic, task-oriented individuals with good organizational skills and attention to detail. Applicants should enjoy a busy multi-faceted working environment. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma or equivalency preferred but not mandatory. Experience: Retail or production experience is preferred but not mandatory. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Inspect donations to ensure quality standards are met. Price donations appropriately based on guidelines provided. Maintain accurate record-keeping for inventory and pricing purposes. Perform housekeeping and janitorial tasks to keep the work area clean and organized. Sort and organize unsaleable donations for return. Assist donors with accepting donations and provide excellent customer service. Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors. PHYSICAL REQUIIREMENTS: Standing for extended periods. Walking throughout the work area. Bending, stooping, and reaching. Lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs. Climbing stairs as needed. Pushing and pulling merchandise or containers. SCHEDULE: Work a flexible schedule in support of the store opening, production, and closing operations including work on weekends and holidays.
