As a Retail Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in implementing marketing initiatives and engaging with customers to promote products and services. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute retail marketing campaigns and promotions. Assist in creating marketing materials and collateral for retail stores, including signage, displays, and promotional materials. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences, providing insights to inform marketing strategies. Build relationships with retail store managers and staff to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure marketing materials and promotional items. Monitor and analyze the performance of retail marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization. Assist in organizing and executing retail events and activations to drive foot traffic and increase sales. Provide support to retail sales teams by training staff on new products and promotions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in retail marketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
