We are looking for a Retail Customer Service Associate!The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, who is energetic, and possesses strongcustomer service and communication skills. This person must thrive in a fast paced, teamorientated environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to expand their knowledgeand grow within the organization.Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:● Answer all incoming calls & emails, responds to inquiries, and schedules sales appointments● Assist customers in showroom with appointment scheduling, product knowledge, and retail sales● Resolve customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach.● Perform office duties as needed● Monday through Friday workweek (In Person, Ashland, MA)Requirements:● Must be a team player with a positive attitude● Must have a reliable means of transportation● Ability to follow directions & multitask● Prior retail sales & customer service experience preferred, but not required● Prior industry experience a plus● Must be proficient with Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel, Google platforms (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)Benefits Package● Paid vacation● Health insurance● 401K available● Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year (depending on experience)We are an equal opportunity employer.
