Job Title: Retail AmbassadorLocation: Planet Playskool & NERF Action Xperience, Paramus, New JerseyReports To: Retail Lead/Retail Manager Overview :Join our dynamic team at Planet Playskool & NERF Action Xperience as Retail Ambassador! As a key member of our customer service-oriented team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our visitors. You will also play a key role in ensuring that we provide a seamless shopping experience for all our guests. If you are enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoy engaging with people, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant and exciting environment. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service:• Greet visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.• Provide information about the attractions, exhibits, and facilities.• Assist visitors with ticket purchases and provide guidance on admission procedures.• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues in a professional manner.2. Sales:• Effectively operate the system to provide merchandise sales and upsells.• Ensure the retail store is always presenting as premium and is fully stocked per the plan-o-grams.• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer. • Maintain a highly shoppable retail environment and support with delivering core KPI’S.3. Attraction Knowledge:• Stay informed about the attraction's history, exhibits, and upcoming events.• Continuously update knowledge on any changes or additions to the attraction.• Share information with visitors to enhance their understanding and enjoyment.4. Crowd Management:• Monitor and manage visitor flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.• Assist in crowd control during peak times or special events.• Collaborate with other team members to optimize visitor traffic.5. Cleanliness and Maintenance:• Keep work areas, including POS and entrance areas, clean and organized.• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address cleanliness and appearance standards.6.
