Job Summary Summary: The Restaurant and Cafés Services Runner is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Services Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares work station for service, including, but not limited to coffee, linens, risers, menu tags, menus, products, registers, heat lamps, refrigerators and general supplies. Ensures, stocks and deliver unexpired products from storage areas, warehouse and kitchen. Understands all stand set ups, menus, product offerings, side dishes, condiments, allergens, and packaging. Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment. Ensures additional stock transferred during an event is delivered in a timely manner and is communicated properly to the Stand Lead. Performs equipment inventory as needed. Maintains cleanliness and organization of work station and service area, including waste management and deep cleaning. Delivers exceptional service. Acts with a sense of urgency with respect to guest and event needs. Ensures assigned work is complete by end of shift and report status to Stand Lead including any unfinished work.
