We need someone with a positive attitude toward customer service and a warm smile to set the tone for our guests to enjoy their dining experience with us. You will serve our guests at the restaurant by ensuring they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served on time, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. Responsibilities: • Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials so that you can respond to client questions and provide recommendations• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties• Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests• Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities• Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes• Provides assistance in food & beverage areas including busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering food to guests Qualifications: • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry• Must be 21 years of age for Night Shift Compensation: $13 hourly + tips About Company: Please take a moment to research our amazing company at https://encore.bz/
