You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.The local, fast-growing restaurant company is adding an experienced restaurant recruiter.This will be a hybrid schedule, working from home and from the company head office.Some field work, local, job fairs, and in restaurants.The recruiter will source all levels of management and culinary talent.Full, extensive benefits.$75,000 - $85,000 base salaryResponsibilities:Screen, recruit, and interview potential employeesOn-board and train new employeesImplement company culture, values and policiesProvide management with requested reports and documentsCoordinate events focused on employee recognitionAccurately maintain employee filesQualifications:Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fieldsKnowledge of labor and employment lawsAbility to build rapport with all employeesStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPlease send your resume to Presented by Tom Bull with Gecko HospitalityResumes are treated confidentially
