Reporting to the Operations Managers, you will take a lead in the overall management of the restaurant. Responsibilities Working alongside our Kitchen Managers, you will manage day to day operations of mainly front of house areas Basic food preparation, ordering and stock control Rosters and assist HR Manager with recruitment and payroll Lead a team of front of house and back of house staff Training, developing and motivating the team to success Take a lead on all compliance checks and ensure our high food hygiene standards are maintained Requirements 3:4 years experience in a similar role An assertive, hands on manager and able to work well under pressure Hard working, punctual and willingness to get your hands dirty A team player, with an adaptable and flexible approach to work.
