General Manager - Midland/Odessa, TX - JumBurrito Inc., has a job opening for a General Manager JumBurrito GMs are responsible for restaurant operations, performance and are our Brand Keepers who maintain our high standards. They also help develop budgets, as well as marketing and sales goals. The GM is also responsible for developing assistant managers to be GMs, by supervising, coaching and mentoring. The GM is responsible for recruiting their team retaining the team and evaluating team member for high performance. General Managers demonstrate high performing leadership by: Sharing best practices, asking questions, helping others learn, develop and coach. Communicating with all Team Members and sharing ideas effectively in a variety of settings. Engaging with all Team Members and establishing connections through open-door interactions. Supporting Assistant Managers who empower to take ownership of roles, tasks and decisions. Recruiting and building strong teams by identifying high performers.
