Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt is looking to build a seasoned Restaurant Management Team at one of the top frozen yogurt treat locations in the Lufkin area. The ideal candidate is one that is self disciplined and energetic, thrives on customer service, takes extreme pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the store and works together with upper management to continue to grow the store and increase sales. As part of the management team, you will be trained in and become responsible for inventory management, guest relations, marketing, store location and catering sales, scheduling, employee development and time management. Prior restaurant/service management is required. SKILLS: People Management, Planning, Fostering Teamwork, Giving Feedback, Customer Service, Self-Motivated, Multi-tasking and Verbal and Computer Communication.
