YOUR LIFE AS A RESTAURANT LINE COOK / PIZZA MAKER This full- or part-time cooking position with our kitchen works a flexible schedule , usually between 2:30 and 10:30 PM . As a Restaurant Line Cook / Pizza Maker with our hospitality team, you are responsible for quality control at our pizza station. You prepare our pizzas by mixing the dough from scratch, cutting up toppings, and making sauces. When making dough, you bench and weigh it by hand. You manage the correct mixing times and fermentation for flavor development. Stretching the finished dough by hand, you carefully shape it, so you can add the sauce and toppings. Once the pizzas are properly arranged, you bake them in the oven at 650 degrees. In addition to making pizza, you help slice and arrange items for our charcuterie and cheese boards. You prep salads and mix our marinara and alfredo sauces. When using our culinary equipment, such as the Hobart mixer and Robot Coupe food processor, you follow safety guidelines while prepping our ingredients to perfection. Using your excellent sautéing skills, you produce a range of additional pantry items while keeping up with our high to moderate kitchen environment.
