Position Overview: The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sports bar's operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, profitability, and smooth daily operations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the bar and kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and maximize profitability Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to meet budgetary goals Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, drinks, and service Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement Qualifications: 3-5 years of hospitality management experience MUST have experience with SPOTON Proven track record of managing a team and achieving business goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Powered by JazzHR
