The following experience, skills and attributes are required: Currently experience at Restaurant Manager level in a good branded restaurant group or pub style environment Dubai or at least Gulf experience is required Strong, inspiring team manager with good communication skills Guest focused, very hospitable and will be the face-of-the-place English as a first language is preferred Good financial knowledge, able to control costs and work to budgets Able to drive sales & the business forwards in a competitive environment High standards and levels of service – able to create great working environment Salary package: AED16-18k pm all inclusive & dependent upon experience, plus standard benefits like medical, flights etc Get in touch: xyz X@.
