The Role Key purpose of the role is to effectively deliver the inspection programme associated with responsive repairs / voids re-commissioning together. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: The specification and risk backssment of responsive repairs and void recommissions. Inspection of repairs related works. Carrying out void inspections to tenanted and empty properties The below skills would be beneficial for the role: Substantial experience gained working as a professional surveyor. Knowledge of all aspects of technical building services. Understanding of statutory /compliance requirements and certification in respect of technical building services The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £25.73 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
