Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Job Type: Permanent Salary Range: Minimum: $28.14 per hour Maximum: $45.75 per hour Experience Required: New grads welcome! Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 Relocation Bonus: Up to $7,500 (varies based on mileage) Rate Differentials: +$2 for night and weekend shifts (pending on-call differentials) Position Notes: Candidates will work in a new facility with low patient ratios. Shift: Day, 5 days, 8 hours Facility Location: Great Falls, MT Position Overview: Under the general supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager, the Respiratory Therapist provides services to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, including diagnostic testing, therapeutics, support, monitoring, patient assessment, and education. Education: Licensure from the State of Montana Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners and required prerequisites. Experience: Ability to lead in the absence of managers or supervisors and train newly hired staff. License/Certifications: Licensure by Montana Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of respiratory care processes, procedures, and equipment, as well as regulatory rules and hospital policies Compliance with appearance, conduct, and service delivery standards Understanding of continuous quality improvement procedures and safety regulations Pre-Employment Screening Requirements: All offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check, drug screening, and health and immunizations screening.
