The Role: As a Residential Solicitor / Conveyancer, you will manage domestic conveyancing tasks including drafting, title checks, searches, exchange, completion, and file closures. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate billing records and promptly invoice clients. Provide high-level legal advice independently and collaboratively within the team. Conduct legal research, maintain compliance with regulations, and uphold professional standards. Nurture client relations, contributing to the firms client base and marketing initiatives. Collaborate on joint projects with other departments, ensuring seamless operations. Proactively build relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication. Requirements: Previously worked a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancer or in a similar role. Possess 5+ years PQE in conveyancing. Must be a Qualified Solicitor or a Licensed Conveyancer. Experience in case management systems and handling a variety of conveyancing matters. Familiarity with the principles of GDPR. Background in acquiring precise client instructions during meetings. Understanding of Anti Money Laundering Regulations and adherence to the Solicitors Accounts Rules. Skilled in utilising digital dictation and voice recognition software.
