Residential Sales This position requires developing and maintaining the customer relationship at all levels. There is an existing customer mix of well-established accounts and an expectation of bringing in new accounts. Duties include putting together initial take-offs, bids, and proposals; frequently meeting with customers in the office and job site situations, including field verification and measuring; tracking customer projects, contract reviews, and job costing. Other responsibilities include: Problem-solving job site product issues. Looking for win-win solutions with products and supplies. Reporting on all their jobs' financial aspects. Qualifications A.A.A or B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a similar field preferred 5+ years experience in the construction field estimating or managing projects Strong knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware, preferred Organized and attentive to detail - nothing gets by you without being double-checked and put in the right place Efficient - a knack for effectively prioritizing tasks and managing your time Compensation and Benefits At D&M Industries, we are proud to be 100% employee-owned.
