We are investing for growth and seek to hire a Residential In-home Sales Professional . Must have a great "can do" attitude with a high level of integrity, honesty, and genuine caring for our customers are key attributes required of our team members. Our office/field teams generate large, consistent lead volumes and manage appointment scheduling. This job is NOT cold calling. Pay Scale: Expect over $100k of annual income with unlimited upside! Paid training + commission + benefits. Work Hours: Work hours will vary based on the scheduling needs of the customer, presentation times, and seasonality, and the Residential Sales Professional may regulate their work hours accordingly. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of consultative sales or equivalent customer service experience Prior HVAC experience NOT required Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home Ability to use company-furnished technology products Honest, friendly, and positive attitude Valid driver's license Clean, insurable driving record Drug screen and background check Desired Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in retail sales Goal-orientated with a strong desire to succeed Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonal & communication skills Good writing skills Professional appearance Solid organizational and time management skills Strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, the psychology of sales sales, commission, hvac sales, comfort advisor, home energy, lead generator, sales rep, sales job, sales position, sales career, green industry sales, green sales, product sales, energy sales, high tech sales, construction sales, motivated sales, sell
