Residential Counselor Rockwell Development Center Mooresville, NC 28115 PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Monitor and supervise activities and behavior of adolescents in a residential facility and in the community. 2.Writing daily progress notes/incident reports, and observation during regular household routines, weekend activities and etc. 3. Assist the adolescent to achieve goals and objectives outlined in their Individual Service Plan. 4. Attend Staff Meetings 5. Establishing appropriate expectation of Clients and giving positive reinforcement for responsible behavior. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer and math skills Must have a valid North Carolina s Driver s License Must submit to and pass criminal, HCPR and driving checks Must be able to obtain First Aid and CPR Certification once hired.
