This role would suit Solicitors with upwards of 2 years experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. The Solicitor appointed will be able to cover their own caseload of matters, including sales, remortgages, freeholds and leaseholds, and plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. It is also important to note that the candidate will be joining a firm that offers quality client service along with a supportive working environment. THE CANDIDATE: The successful Solicitor will have up to 2+ years' PQE, a genuine passion for this area of law and an excellent knowledge of all residential conveyancing matters. As a Residential Conveyancer, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. An ideal candidate will have good communication and organisational skills and will feel comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals.
