We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Resident Relationship Officer , on a 3- month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay : £18.00 per day PAYE Responsibilities: Provide crisis intervention support to individuals or households in periods of crisis. Work flexibly to deliver high quality of services provided in respect of Resident Relationships Management service. To maintain a clear understanding of the objectives, direction and development of the service area to meet changing needs, with particular emphasis on customer relations and continuous service improvement. Carry out risk backssments and manage support plans, utilising motivational interviewing skills to drive personal motivation. To work to deadlines and budgetary constraints where resource and workload are frequently subject to variation. Use relevant databases, in the course of normal duties, to include data input, data interrogation as directed. Qualifications: Housing related qualification or willingness to undertake professional on the job training. Knowledge of housing law. Experience of working in complex housing organisation and experience of working with vulnerable residents to improve outcomes and sustain behavioural change Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
