Resident Camp Bus Monitor

Description:
Both camps are traditional overnight summer camps owned and operated by the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana. A bus will transport campers to Camp Pennyroyal from June 11 – July 12 and Bear Creek from June 11 - July 29. Pennyroyal has its own spring feed lake on the property while Bear Creek is located on Kentucky Lake. Our camps typically host programs for campers' grades K-12 with up to 70 campers. Between 15 to 30 campers utilize transportation each session. We are seeking an enthusiastic Bus Monitor to help manage check in and out at the Louisville bus stop for both Resident camps. The bus monitor will interact with families and campers as they leave and come back from camp. Training will be provided by camp administration on the bus processes. The bus monitor should have good communication, be welcoming and committed to providing a good experience for campers and families.
