Spectrum Health Companies is a Minnesota-based statewide community health care provider of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Homecare and Independent Living services.Established assisted living and memory care community is seeking candidates for resident assistants to join our team. This position will provide personal care to clients, in addition to assistance with laundry, housekeeping and life enrichment activities. All shifts available. Position includes every other weekend and holiday.Spectrum is an EOE/Drug Free/AA employer. DUTIES Selected candidate will perform Activities of Daily Living which include: bathing, dressing, grooming, medication administration, range of motion and general caregiving tasks. Position includes socialization, charting and housekeeping duties. QUALIFICATIONS Candidates must have a great attitude, be hardworking and dedicated to provide an exceptional customer service experience. An experienced Home Health Aide is preferred, CNA is not required.Selected candidates must be able to pass a basic written compentency and skills test.Candidates will be subject to a criminal background study and must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
