It is of utmost importance to us to provide excellent personal service and attention to our guests. We are seeking a Reservations/Guest Relations Agent with strong customer service and communication skills to report to the Reservations Manager. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Provide excellent customer service to guests and potential guests while assisting the guest in booking their dream vacation Answer incoming phone calls and shared company emails Handle guest issues and questions, including follow-up until the issue is resolved Respond to guest inquiries by phone and through our Lead Management System Respond to guest reviews on all platforms (VRBO, Website, GTHY, etc) Ability to work weekends Qualifications and Skills: Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and effectively in ever-changing environments Manage and prioritize several tasks Outstanding written/verbal communication skills Goal-driven, focused, independent worker, and "can-do" attitude Escapia experience preferred, but not required Vacation Rental experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently or as a team Job Type: Full-time Remote position available for the right candidate Benefits: PTO 401K Matching Life Insurance Health Insurance Vision/Dental Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Commission pay Signing bonus Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) #30a #santarosabeach #freeport #destin #ftwalton #fortwalton #fortwaltonbeach #emeraldcoast #defuniaksprings #poncedeleon #pcb #panamacitybeach
