Must be effective in sales and upselling.Maintain an effective flow of communication from the reservations department to all departments and ensure entire team is kept informed of items that concern them.File daily reservations and other correspondence.Provide additional functions, as necessary and assigned.REQUIRED SKILLSRequires good communication skills, both verbal and written.Knowledge of computer programs, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to manage many tasks concurrently.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentage, and volume.
