Research Compliance QA Monitor

Description:
Job Summary Under the supervision of the Manager, Research Compliance and other supervisory staff, this position performs clinical trial monitoring in accordance with TGH Quality Review Program Plan to ensure compliance with Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) regulations, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and the International Conference on Harmonization Good Clinical Practices (ICH GCP) Guidance. The QA Monitor also participates in the research education/training activities at TGH across multiple therapeutic areas. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field. Two (2) years of experience in research compliance auditing, quality assurance / quality control experience, and human subject clinical research experience or combination of related experience. A clinical research related certification is required or must be obtained within 18 months of employment.
