Thorough knowledge of the roles, employee types and departments in a large health authority. Experience translating team processes into actionable publishing workflows. In depth knowledge of Microsoft Share Point capabilities and limitations. Employee Engagement Applications Understanding of the employer-employee relationship and responsibilities. Has deployed an employee engagement platform to an organization of greater than 15,000 employees. Implementation of a system which requires significant change management and change in responsibility for all employees. Thorough understanding of departmental politics and priorities. Exposure to conflict management and priority setting. Knowledge Management Systems Expertise in the deployment of knowledge management system such as a Learning Management System. Excellent understanding of the variety, importance and access to knowledge management systems. Detailed understanding of document management systems, record management systems, asset management systems and content management systems. Modelling access to corporate knowledge held by employees.
